Cổ Loa festival is a typical festival in the Northern Delta through sacrifice rituals, palanquin processions, religious rites of worshiping Gods very solemnly, respectfully, and sacredly in sequence and through performances and folk games with vivid and unique art of the ancient capital.
The Cổ Loa Festival 2023 re-enacts folk rituals and games, and at the same time, announced the Decision on recognition of Cổ Loa festival as a national intangible cultural heritage and the Decision on recognition of Cổ Loa Special National Monument as a city-level tourist attraction.
Time: From January 26, 2023 to January 27, 2023 (ie the 5th and 6th of January in the Quý Mão year (lunar celendar)).

Every festival season, the people of Cổ Loa and the villages in Eight Communes have the opportunity to review the history of nation building, fight against foreign invaders and evoke national pride.
