On August 29, 2022, the 4th Party Cell Congress of  Management Department of Cổ Loa, term 2022 - 2025 was held. Attending the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Thang Long – Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center; Ms. Nguyen Hong Anh - Party member, Secretary of the Office Party Cell, Chief of staff; and all Party members of the Management Department of Cổ Loa. The Congress evaluated the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the 3rd Congress, term 2020 - 2022; identified the goals, directions, tasks and solutions for the development of the Co Loa Relic Management Board in the period of 2022 - 2025.

The Congress clearly pointed out the limitations and causes to overcome in the next term. For the term 2022 - 2025, the Congress sets out the key goals and tasks that are: Focusing on directing, promoting the initiative, creativity and exemplary character of Party members in the performance of political tasks,  solutions to attract visitors, increase revenue to gradually implement the process until 2025, to be self-finance of recurrent expenses according to the plan assigned by the Hanoi People's Committee.

At the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center recognized and praised the achievements in the last term of the Party cell. At the same time, directing the Party cell to improve the quality of management; coordinate with local authorities in the protection of relics; promote tourism connection and heritage education program; identify key tasks, research new interactive and experiential products on the basis of culture of Co Loa to serve tourists; strengthen propaganda, promotion and increase income for employees.

The congress agreed to elect Mr. Ngo Van Nam - Deputy Director of Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center, Party cell member to be Secretary of the Party cell for the term 2022 - 2025.

The Congress called on all Party members of the Party cell to unite, master their expertise, talk the talk walk the walk, and successfully complete their assigned tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Congress.
