Of this, about 980 m² is allocated for internal traffic routes and technical infrastructure connections; around 5,200 m² is dedicated to temple structures, including the main temple, bell pavilion, drum pavilion, ceremonial gate, and other auxiliary and technical facilities.

The total investment is 298.402 billion VND, sourced from the city budget, district budget, and socialized contributions.
This project holds profound significance in honoring and commemorating the great contributions of King Ngo Quyen, who chose Co Loa as the capital, marking a glorious chapter in Vietnamese history. The construction not only enriches the spiritual–cultural landscape of the Co Loa Relic Site, but also serves as a symbol that fosters patriotism and nurtures national pride among present and future generations.
