To ensure the safety of the Capital and the health of the people, the Chairman of the City People's Committee issued Directive No. 17 to implement social distancing in accordance with Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister. Government. People should pay attention to the following principles:

Implement social distancing within 15 days from 06h00 on 24/7/2021 across the city on the principle of family isolation from family; the neighborhood is isolated from the neighborhood; villages isolated from villages; communes and wards isolated from communes and wards; district isolated from district; The city is isolated from the province; Essential service business establishments, workshops and production plants must ensure safety against epidemics according to regulations.

All people must stay at home, except in absolutely necessary scenarios such as buying food, food, medicine, first aid, and other emergencies such as medical examination and treatment; going on official business trips, working at agencies, offices, factories, production facilities, service and goods business establishments for essential goods which are allowed to operate.  Strictly keep a distance of at least 2m when communicating, do not gather more than 2 people outside of offices, schools, hospitals and public places.

Make daily medical declaration on website www.tokhaiyte.vn or Ncovi, Bluezone applications. Immediately contact local authorities, medical facilities when symptoms of fever, cough, difficulty breathing, loss of taste...

In case people move into the city for public service, epidemic prevention, production, they must make a medical declaration and comply with medical supervision and isolation measures according to the city's regulations.

Fully comply with regulations on prevention of Covid 19 at the place of residence, at the same time strictly implement 5K message and minimize contact with others, in case of symptoms: fatigue, cough, illness, fever, difficulty breathing... must immediately report to the local health station to be sampled for Covid-19 screening test according to regulations.
