On the morning of February 3, 2025 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year, Year of the Snake Ất Tỵ), at the Dragon Courtyard in front of Chính Pháp Điện – Cổ Loa Special National Relic Site, the Đông Anh District Party Committee – People’s Council – People’s Committee, in collaboration with the Thăng Long – Hà Nội Heritage Conservation Center, held the Opening Ceremony of the Cổ Loa Spring Festival Ất Tỵ 2025.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyễn Trọng Đông – Member of the Standing Committee of the Hà Nội Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Hà Nội People’s Committee; Mr. Phạm Xuân Tài – Deputy Director of the Hà Nội Department of Culture and Sports; Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Minh – Deputy Director of the Hà Nội Department of Tourism; Mr. Ngô Văn Nam – Deputy Director of the Thăng Long – Hà Nội Heritage Conservation Center; Mr. Hoàng Công Huy – Acting Deputy Head of the Management Board of the Cổ Loa Relic Site; heads and deputy heads of departments under the Thăng Long – Hà Nội Heritage Conservation Center; and representatives of Đông Anh District including Mr. Nguyễn Văn Cường – Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee; Mr. Nguyễn Anh Dũng – Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People’s Committee; Ms. Nguyễn Thị Tám – Vice Chairwoman of the District People’s Committee; along with members of the Steering Committee and Organizing Committee of the Cổ Loa Spring Festival Ất Tỵ 2025, and a large number of residents and visitors from across the country.
