STRENGTHENING MEASURES FOR PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF COVID-19 IN THE NEW SITUATION OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Currently, the epidemic situation is evolving rapidly and complicatedly in the country, the number of daily cases is still increasing in some localities such as Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces.

From July 5, 2021 to July 11, 2021, Hanoi City has recorded 35 cases in the following districts: Đông Anh (20), Mỹ Đức (9), Thanh Xuân (2), Mê Linh (1), Đống Đa (1), Hoàng Mai (1), Bắc Từ Liêm (1) , in which there are cases of workers in the Industrial Park, people who return to Hanoi have epidemiological factors related to Ho Chi Minh City, Nghe An, Bac Giang ... Currently, the risk of spreading the epidemic back into the community is very high. Implementation of Official dispatch No. 13/CD-UBND dated 7/7/2021; Official letter No. 2149/UBND-KGVX dated July 8, 2021; Dispatch No. 14/CD-CTUBND dated 12/7/2021 of the Hanoi People's Committee is determined to implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the complicated developments of the epidemic in the country, people need to do some of the following contents:

People from Ho Chi Minh City, or other epidemic areas or have direct contact with the above cases must fully and truthfully declare through the website www.tokhaiyte.vn or Ncovi, Bluezone applications, must have a certificate test negative for SARS-CoV-2 virus up to 3 days before returning to the City; Cases with negative test results but entering the above epidemic areas must still be tested before returning to the city.

From 0:00 on July 13, 2021, people coming from Ho Chi Minh City and epidemic areas (the list of epidemic areas is announced and regularly updated on the website of the Ministry of Health) immediately notify local authorities, isolate at home for 14 days according to the instructions in Decision 879/QD-BYT dated March 12, 2020 of the Ministry of Health; if there are signs of fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing or loss of taste... must immediately notify the local authority, the nearest medical facility for guidance on timely health management.

From 00:00 on July 13, 2021, all non-essential service activities will be stopped for the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic: restaurants, on-site food and beverage service establishments (only for takeout and delivery), hair salons. Completely stop playing activities, exercise, gather in large numbers in parks, flower gardens and public places. People only go out when necessary, strictly follow the 5K message. Strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures under the direction of the Central Government and the City.
