On January 25, 2024, the  Management Department of Cổ Loa vestige site coordinated with the People's Committee of Co Loa Commune to organize a conference to summarize the propaganda work and inspection of the scope of Cổ Loa vestige site in 2023, the direction and tasks in 2024. Attending the meeting were Mr. Hoang Cong Huy - Deputy Head of the Management Department, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hieu - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Co Loa Commune; officers of the urban construction order management team of Dong Anh district, employees of the commune's construction land; Village Heads of villages and communes of Co Loa and officers and employees of the Management Board of Co Loa Relic Site.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Xuan - Head of the Management Department of  the  Management Department of Cổ Loa vestige site presented a summary report on the propaganda work and inspection of the scope of Cổ Loa vestige site in 2023, the direction and tasks for 2024. The propaganda work and inspection of the scope was established on the basis of coordination between the  Management Department and the People's Committee of Co Loa commune, including officials of two agencies and 12 village chiefs of Co Loa commune. In 2023, the team will carry out extensive propaganda work on the historical value of the Cổ Loa vestige site and the Law on Cultural Heritage to the community of residents of Co Loa commune and the communes of Duc Tu, Viet Hung, and Uy No. As a result, 10 violations were detected in the year, a decrease of 14 cases compared to 2022.After listening to the opinions of the delegates, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hieu - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Co Loa Commune suggested that theteam of propaganda work and inspection of the scope of Cổ Loa vestige site  should be more active and proactive in propaganda and inspection work, promptly detect violations, and propose to the authorities to take measures to handle them.

The Co Loa historical relic site is an extremely valuable relic in the nation's long-standing cultural heritage treasure. It is historical evidence that deeply reflects the origins of the struggle to build and defend the country of previous generations. Protecting, preserving and promoting the values ​​that our ancestors left behind is an extremely important responsibility and task. This task must be carried out regularly and continuously and requires the attention of Party agencies and local authorities, especially the participation and awareness of preservation and protection of the Co Loa community so that the relic site can last and continue to be an attractive place for tourists to visit, research, learn and explore when coming to the Co Loa relic site
