Tomb of Mỵ Châu

According to the legend of Mỵ Châu – Trọng Thuỷ, after Mỵ Châu was beheaded by his father. Trọng Thủy brought his wife's body for burial. Now in Cổ Loa, there are still traces of the princess's grave located in Vang village, Cổ Loa commune. Previously, the tomb of Mỵ Châu was made simple with a brick wall around a square high ground with a width of about 5m, a length of 10m, embankment built on four sides by ancient bricks (brick of the Nguyen Dynasty), 60cm high with the surrounding ground. Currently, the mausoleum has been rebuilt more spaciously.
