Hanoi Tourism Festival 2023 takes place from March 24 - 26 at Hoàn Kiếm Lake pedestrian street area, with the theme “Connecting heritage for tourism development" with many activities including the tour "Finding the ancient Vietnamese capital" at Co Loa Special National Monument.
The tour "Finding the Ancient Vietnamese Capital" has a duration of 4 hours, departing from 9:00 am and 3:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday. After March 24, 25 and 26, 2023, the starting and ending points will be at Thang Long Imperial Citadel at 19C Hoang Dieu, Hanoi.
Experiencing the tour, visitors will learn about typical artifacts of Cổ Loa relics at the exhibition house; step on the citadel with more than 2000 years of history; Visit memorial relics and artistic architecture: Ngu Trieu Di Quy communal house, Princess My Chau temple, Chua hamlet, King An Duong Vuong temple; In addition, visitors will experience new activities: casting Lien Chau crossbow arrows, collecting artifacts that have been recognized as National Treasures; Experience how to make and enjoy the quintessence of ancient cuisine - Stir-fried Mach Trang Vermicelli, a typical dish of Cổ Loa people.
